Broke and Bookish Book Haul for 1/19 - 2/1

Daisy's Book Haul

Egalleys for Review:
-A World Without Princes by Soman Chainani: I LOVED The School for Good and Evil, the first book in this series and I can't wait to see what will happen to Sophie and Agatha in this one!
-Traitor's Blade by Sebastien de Castell: this sounds like epic fantasy and I love it.
-The Heiresses by Sara Shepard: a new series by Sara Shepard: COUNT ME IN!
-Unravelling Oliver by Liz Nugent: this sounds extremely interesting and like something that will REALLY creep me out.
-Nantucket Red by Leila Howland: so I guess this is the sequel to Nantucket Blue? I've heard many good things about that one!
-Oblivion by Sasha Dawn: this is another book that promises to be creeptastic!
-Third Degree by Julie Cross: this sounds like a cute New Adult romance and I really enjoyed Julie Cross' writing in Tempest!

Boekenfestijn Haul:
Boekenfestijn is a Dutch/Belgian event in which books are sold at ridiculously low prices. SO YES OF COURSE I WENT! I met up with Debby @ Snuggly Oranges and Daph @ Loving Books, and had dinner with them at Debby's after, thanks for being awesome ladies!

-Chalice by Robin McKinley: I hope to eventually read all of her books, so this is a good start.
-The Confession of Katherine Howard by Suzannah Dunn: I don't think Heny VIII's wives will ever cease to fascinate me.
-The Nine Lives of Chloe King by Liz Braswell: this is huge and actually 3 books in one.
-When You Were Mine by Rebecca Serle: already read and LOVED in 2012, but I needed to own this pretty cover!
-Are You Going to Kiss Me Now? by Sloane Tanen: the back of this book sounds HILARIOUS! Celebrities being marooned on an island, do you really need to know more?
-The Heroines by Eileen Favorite: heroines in novels coming to life and visiting the main character? YES PLEASE.
-Jenna and Jonah's Fauxmance by Emily Franklin and Brendan Halpin: this sounds fluffy and cute and AWESOME. Also it is pink and I like it.
-The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller: I love Greek Mythology. That is all.

Bought/Gifted:
-The Art of Wishing by Lindsay Ribar: Thank you Debby for being a lovely person and gifting me with your extra copy that was actually previously intended to be my Secret Santa gift and ended up getting lost and then sent twice <3 It sounds adorable and I'm sure I'll love it! -Vitro by Jessica Khoury: scientists experimenting with creating life always creep me out!
-The Unbound by Victoria Schwab: sequel to The Archived, which I haven't read yet, but sounds AMAZING.
-Timestorm by Julie Cross: like I said: I loved Tempest and haven't read its sequel yet, but needed this book in my life!
-Evertrue by Brodi Ashton: I'm so behiiiiiiind on all my series! And the cover is so gorgeous!

  7. Vitro looks so interesting, but I agree with the science being creepy thing. I hope the actual science for half of these future books is no where near being reality!
