Happy Valentine's Day fellow readers!
Going along with the theme of love, I want to know what books you LOVE. I'm talking crazy, head-over-heels, can't stop thinking about love. What book do you gush over the most? Or what is your favorite love story?
The book I am most in love with and have been thinking a lot about lately is Golden by Jessi Kirby. I love the message of not being afraid to go out and do something and not always staying in your comfort zone. I could really use that extra push of motivation again. A reread is necessary soon.
I've also been stuck in another reading rut so I look forward to hearing what book(s) you're in love with!
No matter what your plans are for today I wish you all a lovely day!
After work I plan to eat lots of pizza, drink some wine, and dwindle down my Netflix queue (I've been marathoning One Tree Hill lately).
The book that I've read most recently that I was in love with was "Monuments Men". I read it last year and am so happy the movie is finally out. The book is an art/history/thriller with some very bad bad guys. Highly recommend it! Also your plans for tonight sound awesome.
ReplyDelete2 books I recently loved (because I always have a hard time choosing one) were "The Promise of Stardust" and "Garden of Stones"
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentin´s Day!!!!
ReplyDeleteKisseeesssss
That last book I really super-duper loved was Paris Letters by Janice MacLeod, which I recommend to anyone who loves France, Paris and living vicariously through a corporate-writer-turned-artist. It's a memoir that's just really engrossing and lovely. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteI love all things Paris related so I will be adding that book to my TBR list! Thanks for the recommendation!
DeleteI loved THE FEVER TREE.

My Favorite Books
Enjoy your Netflix marathon. My husband and I are going to watch the new season of House of Cards! :) One of my favorite romances is Soulless by Gail Carriger.
ReplyDeleteHouse of Cards is waiting for me in my Netflix queue. So many things to watch!
DeleteOMG! Mine would totally be The Lumatere Chronicles by Melina Marchetta including, Finnikin of the Rock, Froi of the Exiles and Quintana of Charyn.
ReplyDeleteThey are the first books I recommend to people and the books that I've gushed about the most! I was devastated when I had to read the final book in the trilogy :(
*sigh* Listen to me! I'm get all hot and bothered talking about them right now!
If you haven't read em, DO IT DO IT DO IT, LOL!!!
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
p.s. You can check out my review on the trilogy here http://michellebookhangers.blogspot.com/
Where She Went by Gayle Forman - I cried the whole time I was reading but I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!
ReplyDeleteI LOVED that book. I loved it even more than If I Stay (and I didn't think that was possible).
DeleteFangirl by Rainbow Rowell and Aristotle and Dante Discover The Secrets of the Universe
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing such wonderful things about Fangirl!
DeleteJane Eyre. I'm Team Rochester!
ReplyDeleteCan you believe I still have never read Jane Eyre? Ah, I must correct that soon.
DeleteMy favourite love story is Cassie and Ralph from A Scottish Ferry Tale and Scotland By Starlight by Nancy Volkers. I'm not usually a big fan of romance, but those two completely stole my heart.
