Tis the Season for a Giveaway!

It's not often that we do a giveaway but I figured that hitting 500 followers was a good enough freaking AWESOME reason AND it just so happens that TB&TB is 6 months old this month! I can't believe it's only been six months since we started blogging!


So, what are we giving a way? Since we are on the cusp of 2010 and 2011, we are going to be giving away a 2010 release and a 2011 release. We are having a total of 4 giveaways--- 2 YA books and 2 adult books. You can enter for any of them.

- You do not have to be a follower BUT we would love it if you would check out our blog. We like all sorts adult fiction, YA fiction and non-fiction. We also host Top Ten Tuesday, Bookish Jobs for Bookish People, and Student of the Month.

- ONE entry per person but you can enter for any and all books on the form.

    This is a great giveaway. I just pre-ordered The Lover's Dictionary last night. It was between that and Anna and the French Kiss. And looky-here, they both are part of your giveaway.

    Just like sarahem, I am looking forward to reading Dust & Decay. Rot and Ruin was one of my favorites of 2010 and I can't wait to read the prequel. I am also looking forward to reading Recovery Road by Blake Nelson.

    I came across anna and the french kiss a few days ago on penguin's site and ordered it the next day! I'm super excited for it to arrive.

    I'm eagerly awaiting two books to be released this coming year. Sarah Dessen's new novel What Happened to Goodbye being released in the spring and Laurie Halse Anderson's third novel in the chains series called Ashes being released in the fall.

    I am currently the most anxious for The Piper's Son by Melina Marchetta. I've developed a bit of an author crush on her and had one of those awkward/embarrassing fan girl moments when I heard this book was set for 2011 release. Sigh. I want it bad!

    What a fantastic giveaway! I'm desperately waiting for numerous books, most of all Fins are Forever by Tera Lynn Childs because I thought the first one was ultra-cute, My Sister Lives on the Mantelpiece by Annabel Pitcher because it looks seriously intense, and Fall For Anything by Courtney Summers because the excerpt on her website is amazing.

    I've actually heard A LOT about Anna and the french kiss, as well as Lover's Dictionary, so I'm kinda excited these are on this giveaway! Aside from this giveaway, I am SO excited for 2011 because Karen Kingsbury book, Leaving, is being released and is the first book in the Bailey Flaingian series!! AND, Jodi Picoult's new book comes out too!!!

    I just saw mel u's comment about River of Smoke which just jumped to the head of my TBR list for 2011 as it's the sequel to the fantastic Sea of Poppies by Amitav Ghosh.

    As for YA, Wither is my number one based on the cover alone (and I already have a copy) plus the new Elizabeth Scott and Sarah Dessen books. There are loads of others but those are probably my top picks!

    I loved Malinda Lo's Ash - can't wait for Huntress! Also, if Delirium isn't the best book ever written it will be quite the let down after all the rave reviews I have read (I'll try to go in with lower expectation than that, to be fair and all).

    There are so many books I'm looking forward to in 2011; Dreams of a Dark Warrior by Kresley Cole, Lover Unleashed by J.R Ward, The Darkest Secret by Gena Showalter and Madame Tussaud by Michelle Moran. I also really want to read Wither 'cos it has me intrigued.

    I entered the other day, and just realized I never posted which books I'm looking forward to! I'm definitely looking forward to The Lover's Dictionary. Hmm, what else... I won an ARC of Madame Tussaud on Goodreads, which I'm super excited about because it sounds fascinating (and it comes out on my birthday in April). I just want it to come in the mail already! :) I'm also excited for Wither because I think the premise sounds really interesting.
